The area's most unique custom homes, remodeling projects, single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums will open their doors for this Self-Guided Tour on October 24th & 25th, 2009 from 11 am to 5 pm. The Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA) will host the event for the 12th year running. Join thousands while they tour homes of all different designs, styles and price ranges. Admission is FREE!
Once again, the Parade of Homes has selected HomeAid Northern Virginia as their beneficiary. One hundred percent of the donated proceeds will go to build and renovate shelters for today's homeless children and families in Northern Virginia. In the past twelve months, NVBIA builder members have completed over 12 projects donating their time, materials and services. The Builders on Parade have raised over $300,000 in time and materials for HomeAid since 1998.
